If you experience any quality issues, we will provide guidance via phone or video to help you resume normal operation as quickly as possible. If the problem cannot be fixed through remote guidance, we will send engineers to perform on-site repairs within 5 days. Standby equipment can be provided free of charge to minimize your downtime.

Professionals will be arranged to assist on-site installation and commissioning and provide customers with complete training on how to use and maintain the equipment.

Some wearing parts are delivered along with the equipment to ensure normal use in case of parts failure. Please apply in advance if additional parts are needed.
